Egypt and Africa most successful club Al Ahly made history as they beat South African gaints Orlando Pirates by 2-0 in the 2nd league of the Caf Champions league finals to win their 8th Champions league trophyAhly who had gone into the game very confident after managing a 1-1 drawn game in the first league went ahead in the 55th min when Legendary Mohammed Abou Trieka open the scoring.Pirates however came into the game creating lot of chances but failed to utilized them.The North African side finally cemented their lead in the 78th when Abdel Zeher slotted home to make it 2-0.
The victory however makes it Ahly's 8th Champions League success and the most won in Africa.The win however boost their confident ahead of Egypt world cup qualifier against Ghana on November 19.
