Former black stars defender Dan Addo has hailed Egyptian football.Dan who was a member of the black stars in the year 1994-1998 say Egypt is well reconed when it comes to football in Africa
Addo spoke with a local based radio station in Accra (Happy FM) .Speaking in a local dilect he said and i translate "I really want to salute Egyptian football authorities,especially their supportors for the professionalism they showed. After all the contoverses about security consends and a whole lot,the game really went well and peacefully.Egypt are people who really really understand the game of football.What they want is fairness.If you play good football and the see you better than them they will applaud you. The only thing they want is fairness. Most of the old players who have played in Egypt will testify that.No wonder you hear reports from Egypt they are always wishing Ghanaians well.I will once again congratulate them for their professionalism".The former star said.
Ghana qualified ahead of Egypt on a7-3 aggregate scoreline.
