The Ghana Premier League enters it's 10th week with some interesting pairings.
League leader Kumasi Asante Kotoko will be hoping to bounce back after
their 2-0 defeat to Hearts of Lions last week,as they face of with
Liberty Proffessionals at their favourite grounds the Kumasi Baba Yara
Sports stadium.Liberty who also managed a narrow 1-0 win over Edubiase
last week will be boosted by inform young striker Micheal Appiah who is
joint top scorer with 4 goals so far.
Rivals Accra Hearts of Oak will also welcome
Kumasi King Faisal at the Accra Sports Stadium.Hearts also lost 1-0 at
Obuasi last week whiles King Faisal also beat Aduana 2-0 at home.
Elsewhere in Bekwai,New Edubiase face 2nd place Ashanti Gold who are in
top form this season being the only unbeaten side soo far in the
league.Edubiase however lye 14th with 9 points.
Bottom
placed Inter Alias will be hoping to get their 2nd win of the season as
they entertain 4th place Hearts of Lions at the Tema sports
stadium.Lions last week mannaged a 2-0 win over league leader Kotoko.A
win for Inter Alias will see them close up the point gab they,Hassacas
and Esubiase who also lye on the 15th and 14th position respectively.
Africa rep Brekum Chelsea who are not really doing good
this season lying on the 12th position will travel to secondi to face
secondi Hassacas who are also not doing good either.Hasaacas have only
managed 7 points so far and lye on the 15th position on the Log.
In other matches Ebusua Dwafs after a poor start managed
to get all 3points last week when they beat Amidaus at the tema sports
stadium.They will be welcoming 5th place Medeama (another african rep)at
the cape cost sports stadium.Dwarfs however lye 7th on the log.
In Domaa,2009 league leaders Aduana Stars will host 9th place
Amidaus at the Agyemang Badu park.While Bechem united also make a trip
to WA to face WA All Stars at the WA park.
