Ghana midfielder Micheal Essien got a new year present from
his coach Mourinho when came to feature for Chelsea in a 3-0 away win at
Southhampton.
The Bison came on in the 85th min for Belgian
winger Hazard and played his part to help Chelsea record a third straight win. This
it Essien’s fourth appearance in 20 League games this season.
The 31 year old is set to leave the blues this winter as he
has been heavily linked with several European Clubs including Greek side
Olympiakos and Turkish outfit Besiktas.
