Ghanaian
forward Abdul Majeed Waris has joined French outfit Valencienne on a short term
loan till the end of the season from Russian side Sparktak Mosva.
The
22 year old former BK Hacken goal poacher sealed a loan move after succesful
negotiations between the two side. Thus Mosva and Valencienne.
Warris
who is a product of the Right to dream Soccer Acadamy has been under the
perking order at Spartak and has only made 11 League appearance scoring just
once for Spartak.
The
2012 top scorer in the Swedish league made the move in other to get his name in
Kwasi Appiah’s squad for the 2014 FIFA World cup.
Valnciennes
President Jean-Raymond Legrand has confirmed the move for Waris as his sides looks
to strengthen this January in their desperate battle to avoid relegation from
Ligue 1.
Warris
Joins Jordan Ayew as the only Ghanaians who have made a move in the winter
transfere.
