STEPHEN APPIAH TIPS USA TO BE GHANA’S TOUHEST OPPONENT AT WORLD CUP

Former Captain of the Black Stars Stephen Appiah has also tipped the USA to be Ghana’s though opponents just a day after Coach Kwasi Appiah also tipped Klensman’s side to be Ghana’s toughest opponent in group G when he told UK based station Vox Africa.

The former Juventus, and Fenerbache midfielder  who has been tipped as one of the backroom staffs for Kwasi Appiah at the 2014 World Cup told Campionesports.net/ SPORTS LOUNGE in an interview at the Royal House Chaple.

“Yeah he (Kwasi Appiah) is right. We (Ghana) beat them on two occasions and we are going to meet them again so maybe I think now they have done their home-work. They don’t want us to beat them for the third time so I mean though people are talking about Germany and Portugal but I think the difficult match will be against the USA,” Stephen Appiah, who has received a couple of offers and is set to make a return to the club football in January next year.

Ghana will open it’s World Cup campaign with Yankees on the 16th June 2014 at Nattal.
